RESEARCH

Employing a combination of quantitative proteomics technology and traditional molecular cell biology approaches, our laboratory studies 1) the secreted mediators of cellular senescence, 2) how IGFBP3, one of the secreted mediators of senescence we identified, inhibits the proliferation of Ewing sarcoma, children’s bone and soft tissue cancer, and 3) the cytokine signaling in different children’s cancers.
