Juan Pablo Palavicini, PhD has been awarded a 2022 Glenn Foundation for Medical Research and AFAR Grant for Junior Faculty for his project “Mechanisms and consequences of dramatic ceramide losses in long-lived growth hormone deficient mice.” Dr. Palavicini is an Assistant Professor/Research with the Sam and Ann Barshop Institute for Longevity and Aging Studies and the Department of Medicine in the Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine.
