Dr. Lizhen Chen has been appointed as the Holder of the Bartell Zachry Memorial Distinguished Professorship for Research in Neurodegenerative Diseases, endowment #57700662, effective 8/1/2024 – 7/31/2029. Dr. Chen is an Associate Professor with the Sam and Ann Barshop Institute for Longevity and Aging Studies and the Department of Cell Systems and Anatomy.
